How to: Limit the fields to be printed in a table.
Solution:
Use the 'Hide' command under the 'Format' menu to hide tables.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Open the table in the Table Datasheet view.
3) Select the field or fields that are NOT to be printed:
a) Place the cursor over the 'Field Selector' for the desired field. (The cursor turns into a down arrow.)

b) Press the mouse button. (The field is highlighted.)
NOTE 1: To select more than one adjacent field, press and hold down SHIFT while selecting the 'Field Selector' for each field.
NOTE 2: To select more than one non-adjacent field, press and hold down CTRL while selecting the 'Field Selector' for each field.
4) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Hide Columns'. (The selected field column disappears from the screen.)

5) Print the table:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
b) Make the desired selections, such as number of copies.
c) Click 'OK'. (The fields that are NOT hidden are printed.)
